Meet
Dr. Tao
Inspired by the dentists in his family, Dr. Tao of Lafayette, Indiana, set out to be a dentist, too. He uses his incredible education, which includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s from MIT, a DDS from Columbia University, and a Prosthodontics Residency from the University of Connecticut, to bring happy, healthy smiles to his patients.
What makes Dr. Tao so amazing as a healthcare provider is his ability to apply his knowledge and abilities in various ways. He truly brings a fresh view to common and rare patient needs. From working on the first iPad at Apple to endoscopic surgical tools, to 3D printing and software engineering and fluency in digital dental tools, Dr. Tao’s path to dentistry wasn’t direct, but it has all helped him refine his oral healthcare skills in one way or another.
He’s a proud member of the American Dental Association and the American College of Prosthodontics. He will soon receive board certification from the American Board of Prosthodontists.

Dr. Tao loves running with the love of his life Esther (who is much faster), biking, and hiking.
